Uptown Suites Extended Stay Austin TX - Downtown

At $649 for two weeks it was a great value. Staff and the room are both very nice, a few minor things bothered me - I was charged a no show fee even though I called ahead and informed them my flight was delayed a few hours. I was told this would be refunded but this has not yet happened. - The hotel had issues honouring my booking reservation rate and initially booked me on the regular weekly rate then adjusted the following week rate to match my reservation. - The reservation confirmation email does not include reservation details such as price. I only had this because I saved a screenshot of the website. - Housekeeping does not respect the do not disturb sign and woke me up ruining my evening nap before my overnight flight.

Leslie was a huge help at the front desk for us from before we even arrived at the hotel. Our flight did not arrive until after the office was closed, but she helped organize our check-in process with Robin who was also a great help when we got there. Throughout the stay, Robin and Leslie were both very helpful at accommodating.any of the needs we had. Staff was friendly, room was clean, easy to access downtown and the airport. Thanks for a great stay

I stayed at this location for several months while searching for an apartment, and I really enjoyed my stay. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The area is convenient, and the rooms are clean. But don’t come here acting crazy or being too messy or you will be promptly removed. Management does not play.

Very friendly staff, professional & clearly explained amenities & room location. Check in was smooth & free of problems. Room was very clean, comfortable & all amenities worked as expected. The hotel is located near shopping & easy freeway access. House keeping is scheduled weekly for long stays & if you needed fresh towels faster you can trade them in at the front desk.

The front desk was the greatest experience i had they were soo down to earth and super helpful. Leslie was that bomb .com I mean absolutely amazing 5 stars all around. I wish I could take her and the girl on 3-11 to every hotel I have to stay in 10 out of 10

This is one of the nicest extended stay locations I have ever frequented, it has everything one could ask for. The price? Very reasonable, the rooms? Above and beyond. It's no wonder this location is always full. It's a gem

Overall this place was great BUT some things were not disclosed to me prior to booking at all. These are the rules when you arrive: 1. once a week or so cleaning is mandatory and you must be out of your room. It cannot be rescheduled for dif day etc. 2. There are absolutely no pots or pams at all for cooking. 3. The wifi was not easy to login into. When booking there is no guaranteed stay...they do not pre authorize your card or anything so your reservation can get canceled or not found easily. except for these things....its a good place. The price was fair considering all these things. i paid 355 a week

Stayed here for 6 months while looking for a new home In Austin , great rooms , the prices were affordable and the service and upkeep was great . Thanks Norma ! -Dominic
